What kind of figurines do you sell?

Will the figurine look exactly like the photos?

How do I place an order?

Simply:

  2. Add it to your cart

  3. Proceed to checkout

  4. Enter your shipping details and payment information

Can I change or cancel my order?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Poland.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days within Poland

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or high demand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

🔄 Returns & Issues

What if my figurine arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cvbrxbpsyv171@gmx.us and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage

  • the packaging (if possible)

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
