What if my figurine arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cvbrxbpsyv171@gmx.us and include:

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
